David Grant Wright is a professional actor and acting instructor.  He has a B.A. in Telecommunications and a M.F.A. in Acting, both from Michigan State University.  He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, and Actors Equity Association. 

As a professional actor, David has appeared in 41 plays, 20 films, 100+ television shows, 100+ commercials, and 200+ industrial films.  Most recently, he appeared in the film, Eagle Eye, and the following television shows:  24, In Plain Sight, Close to Home, Chocolate News, Easy Money, Desperate Housewives, Bold and Beautiful, King of Queens, Without a Trace, Saints and Sinners, and Grey’s Anatomy.

David has taught acting and theater at Michigan State University, the Old Globe Theater, the University of San Diego, Grossmont College, and currently, Fullerton College. 

Finally, David is a 15 year Cancer Survivor.  His highly acclaimed one man show, “With Flying Colors” chronicles this aspect of his life.  David wrote the play in 1994 and has since performed “With Flying Colors” all across the country raising thousands of dollars for the care and comfort of cancer patients.
